I understand Next Round is for entertainment only. I am responsible for my own alcohol consumption.

NEVER DRINK & DRIVE

I agree to never drink and drive. I will use a designated driver, Uber, Lyft, or taxi.

LIABILITY

I understand Next Round is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or legal consequences.

TERMS & PRIVACY

I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

AI DISCLOSURE (FTC)

Next Round uses automated and artificial-intelligence systems to generate challenges, prompts, and other in-game content. This content is produced by algorithms, may be inaccurate, and is provided for entertainment only. It is not professional, medical, legal, or safety advice. In line with U.S. Federal Trade Commission guidance, we disclose that you are interacting with AI-generated content, not a human.

BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS-ACTION WAIVER

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to Next Round or this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. You and Next Round waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting this Agreement. This clause is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
