NEXT ROUND is intended exclusively for adults of legal drinking age. By accessing or using the application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, the legal drinking age throughout the United States.

If you are under 21, you are strictly prohibited from downloading, accessing, or using NEXT ROUND. We reserve the right to request age verification and to suspend or terminate any account that does not meet this requirement.

2. Responsible Drinking Disclaimer

NEXT ROUND is a social drinking game offered for entertainment purposes only. We do not encourage excessive, rapid, or irresponsible alcohol consumption. You are solely responsible for monitoring your own intake and the wellbeing of everyone in your group.

Never drink and drive. If you have been drinking, use a designated driver, a rideshare service (such as Uber or Lyft), a taxi, or another safe means of transportation. Know your limits, stay hydrated, and stop playing if you or anyone in your group feels unwell.

Alcohol affects everyone differently. Pregnant individuals, people with certain medical conditions, and those taking medication should not consume alcohol. Always consume responsibly and in moderation.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use NEXT ROUND in a lawful, safe, and respectful manner. You are responsible for your own conduct and decisions while using the application, and for the conduct of any guests you invite to play.

You agree not to use the application in any way that could harm yourself or others, violate any local, state, or federal law, or create a public nuisance. Any custom challenges you create are your responsibility, and you agree not to create content that is illegal, dangerous, harassing, or harmful.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEXT ROUND, its owners, developers, affiliates, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, illness, property damage, legal consequences, financial loss, or any other direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application or your consumption of alcohol.

The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. You assume full responsibility and all risks associated with using NEXT ROUND and participating in any drinking activity.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use NEXT ROUND to facilitate underage drinking, encourage dangerous behavior, or pressure any person to consume alcohol against their will. Coercion, hazing, and any form of forced consumption are strictly prohibited.

You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the application; attempt to bypass payment; or use automated systems to access the service. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, graphics, challenge libraries, code, and design within NEXT ROUND are the exclusive property of NEXT ROUND and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

7. Payment Terms

NEXT ROUND charges a one-time fee per game session. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time.

All purchases are final. Because game sessions are delivered immediately upon payment, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The most current version will always be available within the application.

Your continued use of NEXT ROUND after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
